Building Plans offered are “Standard Building Plans”. Should you wish to make any structural changes to the standard plans, please contact Danielle for documentation or to arrange a meeting with the architect. *Additional costs will apply.

If you want your patio in the FRONT of the house, choose a stand that can accommodate a NORTH or WEST or EAST entry plan. Choose one of these stands: 1680-1684, 1693-1705, 1706-1734, 1737-1742, 1747-1753, 1756-1758
If you want your patio at the BACK of the house, choose a stand that can accommodate a SOUTH entry plan. Choose one of these stands: 1685-1692,1735-1736,1743-1746,1754 & 1755, 1756.
