The Parks @ Parklands consist of full title stands, which can be purchased.
The stands average 400 – 420m2, and the standard house plans are between 160m2 – 230m2. We are now selling land from R370 000 upwards.
To book a stand, click on stand number below, and click purchase/buy. The stand will be added to your cart.
Follow the instructions, by completing the form and submitting your purchase request. Your stand will now be reserved. The sales office will send you all necessary documentation relating to the offer to purchase of vacant land.
PLEASE NOTE: We no longer sell building packages. We are selling VACANT LAND.
PLEASE NOTE:
- The Standard Plans could be Purchased from the Architect at R3500.00. The Architect will provide Purchasers with a seperate quote for the plans. Fees for plans are not included in the land selling price. Minimum size of the plans are equal to the smallest standard plan e.g. 160m2.
- All Plans MUST be submitted to the PVHOA for approval before being submitted to the Muncipality for approval.
- Purchasers are at liberty to appoint their own builder. Builders must be registered with the NHBRC.
